“I've only opened Tropical Heat so far. Like some of the Caribbean sauces I've had here and there, but the fermentation definitely adds smoothness and its own flavor. This will probably be my favorite and replace ochos Rios and Matouk's. I'll pop the red/green next time tortillas come out! Today was some smoked mahi left from our last trip to St Pete's Beach.”

Tropical Heat is a heat level sauce. The initial taste is fruit, I get strawberry, then the heat starts and it is long lasting. Delicious.
